Pursuant to the provisions of Texas Government Code, Section 2269.101, it is the intention of the City of Round Rock to select a prime contractor by using the Competitive Bidding Method for the construction of the Palm House Historical Restoration as generally described herein. Responses for furnishing all labor, material, and equipment and performing all work required for the project titled, Palm House Historical Restoration, will be received until 3 P.M. on October 30, 2025, then publicly opened and read aloud online via Microsoft Teams at 4 P.M. (Meeting ID: 280 932 243 431 9 Passcode: Ns3eg3dc). Bids must be submitted on the City of Round Rock's procurement portal "Bonfire" at: https://roundrocktexas.bonfirehub.com. A mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held onsite at 9 A.M. on October 2, 2025, at 3300 East Palm Valley Blvd. Round Rock, Texas.
