THE TURNER'S CROSSING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a public hearing will be conducted by the Commissioners Court of Travis County, Texas on July 14, 2026, at or after 9:00 a.m. at the Travis County Administration Building, Commissioners Courtroom, 700 Lavaca St., First Floor, Austin, Texas 78701.
The public hearing will be held to consider proposed assessments to be levied against the assessable property within Improvement Area #4 of the Turner's Crossing Public Improvement District (the "District") pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code, as amended (the "PID Act"). The proposed public improvements to be undertaken at this time within Improvement Area #4 include water and wastewater system improvements, storm drainage and water quality facilities improvements, roadway and sidewalk improvements, and soft costs and project management fees (the "Improvement Area #4 Improvements").
The total estimated cost of the Improvement Area #4 Improvements, plus bond issuance costs and first year annual collection costs (collectively, the "Improvement Area #4 Authorized Improvements"), is $8,208,077.

The Lower Colorado River Authority has received an application for a permit for a marina facility pursuant to the LCRA Highland Lakes Marina Ordinance (the Ordinance). Boathouse Dockominiums AMD has applied for a permit to construct a new marina facility to replace the 10 existing Waterside Docks, each with three wet mooring slips. If approved, the new facility will include 30 wet mooring slips and 12 personal watercraft ramps. The new facility will cover approximately 22,000 square feet of water surface area on Lake Travis near the Waterside Condominiums in Lago Vista.
On June 4, 2026, LCRA determined the application is administratively complete.
A determination that an application is administratively complete does not mean the application has been approved. A determination of administrative completeness only means the applicant has submitted information required by the Ordinance. LCRA will now review and evaluate the information in the application to determine if a permit should be issued. This is referred to as the technical review, which may take up to 45 business days and may be extended if LCRA staff determines additional information is required.
If LCRA determines the application meets the standards in the Ordinance, LCRA will post a Notice of Draft Permit and any updates at www.lcra.org/hlmo.
