NATURE OF SUIT: On or about September 30, 2021, Jimmel Investments, LLC entered into a Real Estate Lien Note and Deed of Trust on real property located at 2809 DOUGLAS COVE, LAGO VISTA, TEXAS 78645. Melissa Jones signed a Guaranty in favor of Nexus. On or about MARCH 5, 2024, the property was foreclosed for a bid of $750,000.00. After credit for all amounts received, there remains an unpaid deficiency of $49,708.90. Nexus is the holder of the Note and Guaranty and is entitled to all payments thereunder.
