Sealed Electronic Bids addressed to Lost Creek Limited District, Attention Jim Emmons, General Manager, will be electronically received, until 2 p.m. Local Time, June 19, 2026, and then publicly opened and read at the offices of the Lost Creek Limited District, 1305 Quaker Ridge Drive, Austin TX 78746 for the Lost Creek Greenbelt Entries improvement project. The bids will only be received electronically through CIVCAST. Physical bids will not be accepted.

The Contract Documents includes the following Scope of Work: demolition and removal of the existing masonry staircases, and their replacement, at up to five (5) distinct locations, together with associated steel handrails, grading and landscape improvements; and a six (6) month maintenance period. Bidder shall include the cost for all five (5) Greenbelt Entry staircase locations (A through E), as included in the Plans and specifications, in the Single Lump Sum Bid, and, separately, the cost for each individual Greenbelt Entry staircase under Alternates.
