Construction Manager At Risk, will be accepting Trade Partner proposals for Blanco ISD 2025 Bond - Package 2 – Early Steel Bid Package until 2:00PM CST, Wednesday, June 10th, 2026.
Project Description: This Bid Package is for Early Steel Procurement only. This project consists of a new CTE Building and AG Barn for Blanco ISD. The CTE building will be a pre-engineered metal building with a steel framed mezzanine. It will include a Band Hall with storage and practice spaces, Art Room with kiln, Kitchen learning space with supporting rooms, a Health Science room, and other typical classrooms. The AG barn will also be a pre-engineered metal building with animal pens, a workroom, a restroom, and storage space.
Scope of Work to include but are not limited to: Steel Fabrication, Steel Erection, Metal Fabrications, Decorative Railings & Metal, and Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings.
