THE CITY OF PFLUGERVILLE, TEXAS ("CITY") ON MARCH 16, 2026, FILED A FIRST AMENDED PETITION FOR TEMPORARY AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION, SEEKING TO PREVENT LANDOWNERS FROM REFUSING THE CITY ACCESS TO LANDOWNERS PROPERTY TO CONDUCT THE REQUIRED SURVEYS AND ASSESSMENTS FOR A WATER PIPELINE PROJECT UNDER THE CITY'S EMINENT DOMAIN AUTHORITY AND SEEKING A DECLARATION FROM THE COURT THAT THE CITY HAS THE EMINENT DOMAIN AUTHORITY TO ACCESS LANDOWNERS' PROPERTY.
