Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held by the City Council on October 19, 2026 at 6:30 PM in the City Hall located at 1102 Lohmans Crossing Road, City of Lakeway, Texas, at which time all persons wishing to do so will be allowed to speak for or against the following:
A REQUEST FROM THE OWNER OF WEST AUSTIN SOCIAL, LOCATED AT 107 RR 620 S STE 117, FOR A VARIANCE FROM THE LAKEWAY CODE OF ORDINANCES PERTAINING TO AN ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE PERMIT.

Place and Time of Award: The District will consider the award of the sale of the Bonds on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM, C.D.T, at the designated meeting place outside the boundaries of the District, at Armbrust & Brown, PLLC, 100 Congress Avenue, Suite 1300, Austin, Texas 78701. Action will be taken immediately by the Board of Directors of the District to accept or reject the best bid. Each bidder must deliver a Bank Cashier's Check in the amount of $104,000 payable to the order of Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 26 as a good faith deposit to: Masterson Advisors LLC, 3 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1100, Houston, Texas 77046, by 9:00 AM, C.D.T. on the date of the sale.
The District and Masterson Advisors LLC assume no responsibility or liability with respect to any irregularities associated with the submission of any bids. The District and Masterson Advisors LLC will not be responsible for submitting any bids received after the deadline.
Procedure Number 1: Bids Delivered to the District: Sealed bids, plainly marked "Bid for Bonds," should be addressed to "President and Board of Directors, Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 26" and delivered to Masterson Advisors LLC, 3013 Carlisle Drive, Austin, Texas 78757 prior to 9:00 AM, Central Standard Time, on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. All bids must be submitted in duplicate on the Official Bid Form, without alteration or interlineation.
Procedure Number 2: Electronic Bidding Procedures: Any prospective bidder that intends to submit an electronic bid must submit its electronic bid through the facilities of the Parity Electronic Bid Submission System ("PARITY") by 9:00 AM, C.D.T., on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Bidders must submit by email (john.barganski@mastersonadvisors.com/713-814-0568), prior to 9:00 AM, Central Standard Time on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, a signed Official Bid Form to John Barganski, Masterson Advisors LLC, 3013 Carlisle Drive, Austin, Texas 78757. For the purpose of determining compliance with any and all time deadlines set forth in this Official Notice of Sale, for all alternative bidding procedures, the official time shall be maintained only by PARITY. Procedure Number 3: Bids by Telephone: Bidders must submit by e-mail (john.barganski@mastersonadvisors.com/713-814-0568) prior to 9:00 AM, Central Standard Time on Wednesday, September 16, 2026 a signed Official Bid Form to John Barganski, Masterson Advisors LLC, 3013 Carlisle Drive, Austin, Texas 78757, and submit their bid by telephone on the date of the sale. Telephone bidders that have provided a signed Official Bid Form will be telephoned by a representative of Masterson Advisors LLC, as financial advisor for the District, between 8:30AM and 8:50AM, C.D.T on the date of the sale. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.

DISANNEXATION FROM AUSTIN
A public hearing will be held by the City Council of Austin, Texas, for the disannexation of 815 South Quinlan Park Road, Austin, Texas 78732. Pursuant to Texas Senate Bill 1844, Texas Local Government Code Section 43.141, and the City of Austin's Charter Article I, Section 6, City Council is required to hold a public hearing to consider a qualifying petition and take action within 60 days of the date the petition is received by the City of Austin.
