NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED BUDGET
The City Council of the Village of The Hills, Texas, will hold a public hearing on the City's proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027 on September 8, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at 102 Trophy Drive, The Hills, Texas.
The purpose of the public hearing is to provide members of the public an opportunity to be heard regarding the proposed budget. The proposed budget is available for public inspection at 102 Trophy Drive, The Hills, Texas and on the City's website at https://www.villageofthehills.org/ .
THIS BUDGET WILL RAISE MORE TOTAL PROPERTY TAXES THAN LAST YEAR'S BUDGET BY $ 0.00, WHICH IS A 0% INCREASE, AND OF THAT AMOUNT $0.00 IS TAX REVENUE TO BE RAISED FROM NEW PROPERTY ADDED TO THE TAX ROLL THIS YEAR.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend the public hearing and provide comments regarding the proposed budget.

Action will be taken immediately by the Board of Directors of the District to accept or reject the best bid. Each bidder must deliver a Bank Cashier's Check in the amount of $104,000 payable to the order of Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 26 as a good faith deposit to: Masterson Advisors LLC, 3 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1100, Houston, Texas 77046, by 9:00 AM, C.D.T. on the date of the sale.
