The proceeds of the Obligations will be loaned to the Borrower or affiliated entities for the following purposes (collectively, the "Project"):
(1) To finance and refinance the cost of acquisition and improvement of certain skilled nursing facilities located at 104 Rex Kerwin Court in Pflugerville, Texas, known as Pflugerville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, in a maximum amount of $14,150,000.
