AMENDED NOTICE ESTABLISHING OFFICES OF DISTRICT TO THE RESIDENTS OF GARFIELD MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 1 AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PARTIES: TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with Chapter 49.062 of the Texas Water Code, as amended, the Board of Directors of Garfield Municipal Utility District No. 1 (the "District") has, on February 6, 2026, established offices and the following meeting places outside the boundaries of the District: (i) Winstead PC, 600 W. 5th Street, Suite 900, Austin, Texas 78701 was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of district records, for the mailing address of the District, and for the transaction of such business as is not required to be done within the District; (ii) Kimley- Horn and Associates, Inc., Campus IV,10814 Jollyville Road, Suite 200, Austin, Texas 78759 was designated as an office and meeting place outside the boundaries of the District and may be used for the storage of District records and the receipt and opening of public bids; (iii) McLennan & Associates, 1717 St. James Place Suite 500, Houston, Texas 77056 was designated as an office outside the boundaries of the District and for the purposes of storage of bookkeeping records; Said offices are hereby declared to be a public place and the public is invited to attend any meeting of the Board held at such locations.
