The applicant (DuBois, Bryant & Campbell, LLP) proposes the land be rezoned; MF-4-NP: Multifamily Residence (Moderate High Density)-Neighborhood Plan District.
4613 and 4615 Springdale Road, as more fully described in the Austin Planning Dept., file no., C14-80-135(RCT). The applicant (Dubois, Bryant & Campbell, LLP) is requesting to terminate a Restricted Covenant recorded on September 26, 1980 in connection with zoning case C14-80-135 on the property detailed in this notice. The restrictions included: limits development of the Property to bicycle shop purpose while zoned "GR", specifies signage restrictions, and authorizes a "rollback" zoning if bicycle shop use is discontinued.
