NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a telephonic public hearing to be held by the Las Varas Public Facility Corporation (the "Issuer") on October 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Interested parties may join the public hearing on the date and the time indicated above by dialing +1-855-282-6330 (US Toll Free) and, when prompted, entering the meeting code 2662 899 6995.
The hearing is regarding the issuance of obligations by the Issuer, which may be issued pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, in an aggregate maximum principal amount not to exceed $70,000,000 (the "Bonds"). The Bonds will be issued as exempt facility bonds for qualified residential rental projects pursuant to section 142(a)(7) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"). Proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to San Antonio Leased Housing Associates I, LP, a Texas limited partnership, or an affiliate thereof (collectively, the "Borrower"), to finance an approximately 404-unit multifamily housing facility known as the Silo Apartments located at the southwest corner of Quantum Drive and SW Loop 410, San Antonio, Texas 78252 (the "Project"). The Borrower will be the initial legal owner of the Project.
All interested persons are invited to express their views with respect to the Project and the issuance of the Bonds. Questions or requests for additional information may be directed to Las Varas Public Facility Corporation, 818 South Flores Street, San Antonio, TX 78204. Any interested persons unable to dial into the hearing, but who would like to express their views with respect to the Project and the issuance of the Bonds, may submit their views in writing to the Issuer at the address above prior to the date scheduled for the hearing.
This notice is published and the above-described hearing is to be held in satisfaction of the requirements of section 147(f) of the Code.

Do you suspect an infant, child, or adolescent of having a developmental delay or disability? There is a way to make a difference for these children and adolescents. The individual may be eligible for services under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) if identified with one or more disabilities according to federal and state criteria.
If a student is experiencing learning difficulties, his or her parent may contact the individual(s) listed below to learn about the school's overall general education referral or screening system for support services. This system links students to a variety of support options, including making a referral for a special education evaluation or for a Section 504 evaluation to determine if the student needs specific aids, accommodations, or services. A parent may request an evaluation for special education or Section 504 services at any time.
If a parent makes a written request for an initial evaluation for special education services to the director of special education services or an administrative employee of the school district or open-enrollment charter school, the district or charter school must respond no later than 15 school days after receiving the request. A request for a special education evaluation may be made verbally. A verbal request does not require the district or charter school to respond within the 15-school-day timeline.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Selma, Texas, will hold a public hearing to consider the designation of certain real property located within the corporate limits of the City of Selma as a Tax Abatement Reinvestment Zone pursuant to Chapter 312 of the Texas Tax Code. The nature of the project, including improvements, is the construction of an integrated automobile dealership and related commercial redevelopment project with an estimated cost and investment by Sonic of approximately $30,000,000.00. The Edwards Aquifer Authority (EAA) hereby gives notice that it will conduct a hybrid live, and virtual, public hearing to receive comments on the Proposed Budget for Fiscal Year 2027. The purpose of the public hearing is to provide interested members of the public the opportunity to provide oral or written comments to the EAA related to the proposed budget, including the parts of the budget related to funding the Edwards Aquifer Habitat Conservation Plan Program.
