NOTICE OF SOLICITATION
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) seeking Respondents interested in the construction of New Maintenance Facility project. Interested Respondents must be registered on the PCCA's procurement website to obtain the complete CSP package (https://pocca.procureware.com/home). This solicitation will follow a one-step process, with selection based on best value using the specific criteria set for in the CSP document. Contract will be awarded to the best, responsible, responsive Bidder that provides the best value to PCCA.
The scope of work generally consists of demolishing the existing building and paving, constructing two prefabricated metal buildings, a CMU wash bay building, a fuel island with containment, paving and other site improvements.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled at 9:00 A.M. on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at the Ortiz International Center located at 402 Harbor Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401, with a site visit to follow. For virtual access to the meeting, login information will be published prior to the meeting date/time. Performance and Payment Bonds are required when the successful Respondent executes this contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount.
In order to be considered, Respondents must submit an electronic file of the complete proposal via the PCCA Procurement website (https://pocca.procureware.com/home) by 3:00 P.M. Thursday, September 24, 2026 (the "Deadline"); Attn: Melinda Licon, Procurement Services Manager. The electronic file should not be password protected. Proposals will be publicly opened virtually at the time they are due. Proposals may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals received.
Respondents must not attempt to contact Staff members, Port Commissioners, or agents of the PCCA associated with this CSP to discuss or ask questions about the contents of the CSP. Questions should be submitted in writing via the PCCA's Procurement website.
