The Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority (GBRA) is requesting Proposals for the construction of the following Project: FM 237 TXDOT COLETO CREEK PIPELINE RELOCATION GBRA Bid #2026-12. The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approximately 111 LF of open-cut, 48'' flanged split steel casing. Split steel casing to be welded to the existing carbon steel encasement. Installation of approximately 59 LF of concrete trench cap. Installation of erosion controls, site restoration and seeding required.
Proposals may be submitted until Tuesday, September 15, 2026, 2:00 PM Central Time and shortly thereafter will be opened publicly and read aloud. Proposal packets and information may be found at www.civcastusa.com.

The CITY OF CONVERSE will receive bids for the improvement of the Converse Library patio area at the Office of the City Secretary. The project includes the demolition of an existing concrete block wall. In place of the concrete wall, a 6-foot-high wrought iron fence with pedestrian gate is to be installed. The project also includes sealing the rear sidewalk surface to prevent further separation from the main foundation. Downspout connections will be installed to the existing PVC pipe drains within the sidewalk.
