Continental Homes of Texas, LP for the benefit of Redbird Ranch Water Control and Improvement District No. 3 c/o Pape-Dawson is accepting construction bids for a single-family residential development, Redbird Ranch Phase 2 Galm Road Phase 3 which consists of site clearing & grading, sedimentation & erosion control, street, drainage, and water improvements. The project is located +200-ft north of the intersection of Galm Road and Goodenough Ln. It is the intent of the Developer to award this project to one (1) contractor for all work specified. Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Continental Homes of Texas, LP shall be submitted to Pape-Dawson located at 1672 Independence Drive, Suite 102, New Braunfels, Texas, 78132, Attn: Catherine Tran, by 10:30 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at which time will be publicly opened and read via video conference.
