The project is located +200-ft north of the intersection of Galm Road and Goodenough Ln. It is the intent of the Developer to award this project to one (1) contractor for all work specified. Sealed bids, in duplicate, addressed to Continental Homes of Texas, LP shall be submitted to Pape-Dawson located at 1672 Independence Drive, Suite 102, New Braunfels, Texas, 78132, Attn: Catherine Tran, by 10:30 a.m., local time, on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at which time will be publicly opened and read via video conference.
