Perform monthly & annual reporting & data reconciliation/mining to manage certain stages of global equity plan lifecycle, incl grant of annual & off-cycle awards. Perform population analysis for year-end stock plan admin processes, incl determining grant structures & syst setup, monitoring equity restrictions, & administering delivery of shares.
