Notice is hereby given that the City of Plano Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Plano Municipal Center, 1520 K Avenue, Senator Florence Shapiro Council Chambers to consider the following:
Replat: 1897 Townhomes Addition, Block B, Lots 1R-15R, 16X, & 17X – 15 single-family residence attached lots and two common area lots on 0.6-acre located at the southeast corner of 15th Street and N Avenue. Zoned Planned Development-133-Downtown Business/Government. Project #R2026-021.
The purpose for the replat is to subdivide two existing residential lots into two residential lots and two common area lots and dedicate a street easement along 15th Street for all of the lots. NOTIFICACIÓN DE MODIFICACIÓN DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE CLASE 2
SOLICITUD. Chemical Reclamation Services (CRS) opera una instalación comercial de almacenamiento y tratamiento de residuos peligrosos situada en 405 de Powell Street, en Avalon, condado de Ellis, Texas (la Instalación). La Instalación recibe residuos peligrosos, residuos no peligrosos y materiales peligrosos secundarios procedentes de fuentes externas. CRS ha presentado una solicitud de modificación de Clase 2 del Permiso de Residuos Peligrosos N.º 50084 a la Comisión de Calidad Ambiental de Texas (TCEQ, por sus siglas en inglés). La modificación solicita cambios en el Permiso N.º 50084 con el fin de reflejar los cambios propuestos en los equipos y proporcionar especificaciones técnicas actualizadas. La Instalación propone reemplazar un sistema existente de bombas de diafragma de aire por un nuevo sistema de bombas de vacío e instalar un tanque de almacenamiento de proceso de doble pared. Además, la Instalación propone retirar tanques propuestos anteriormente que no se construyeron, con el fin de mantener un inventario de tanques preciso. A la fecha de este aviso, aún no se ha elaborado un borrador del permiso.
COMENTARIOS PÚBLICOS/REUNIÓN PÚBLICA.
