Notice is hereby given that the City of Plano Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Plano Municipal Center, 1520 K Avenue, Senator Florence Shapiro Council Chambers to consider the following:
Replat: Plano East Church of Christ Addition, Block A, Lots 1R and 2 – Religious facility and vacant land on two lots on 5.0 acres located at the northwest corner of Merriman Drive and Ranch Estates Drive. Zoned Planned Development-173-Estate Development. Project #R2026-032.
The purpose for the replat is to subdivide one lot into two lots. The replat also includes a request for an exception from the sidewalk construction requirement along the northern frontage of Lot 1R and the frontage of Lot 2 on Ranch Estates Drive. NOTIFICACIÓN DE MODIFICACIÓN DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE CLASE 2
SOLICITUD. Chemical Reclamation Services (CRS) opera una instalación comercial de almacenamiento y tratamiento de residuos peligrosos situada en 405 de Powell Street, en Avalon, condado de Ellis, Texas (la Instalación). La Instalación recibe residuos peligrosos, residuos no peligrosos y materiales peligrosos secundarios procedentes de fuentes externas. CRS ha presentado una solicitud de modificación de Clase 2 del Permiso de Residuos Peligrosos N.º 50084 a la Comisión de Calidad Ambiental de Texas (TCEQ, por sus siglas en inglés). La modificación solicita cambios en el Permiso N.º 50084 con el fin de reflejar los cambios propuestos en los equipos y proporcionar especificaciones técnicas actualizadas. La Instalación propone reemplazar un sistema existente de bombas de diafragma de aire por un nuevo sistema de bombas de vacío e instalar un tanque de almacenamiento de proceso de doble pared. Además, la Instalación propone retirar tanques propuestos anteriormente que no se construyeron, con el fin de mantener un inventario de tanques preciso. A la fecha de este aviso, aún no se ha elaborado un borrador del permiso.
COMENTARIOS PÚBLICOS/REUNIÓN PÚBLICA.
