Notice is hereby given that the City of Plano Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Plano Municipal Center, 1520 K Avenue, Senator Florence Shapiro Council Chambers to consider the following:
Preliminary Replat: Swaminarayan Gurukul Addition, Block A, Lot 1R – Religious facility on one lot on 28.3 acres located on the west side of Park Vista Road, 1,420 feet south of 14th Street. Zoned Agricultural and located within the Expressway Corridor Overlay District. Project #PR2026-007.
The purpose for the preliminary replat is to abandon access easements to allow the property to be gated. The Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on this case. NOTIFICACIÓN DE MODIFICACIÓN DE LA AUTORIZACIÓN DE CLASE 2
SOLICITUD. Chemical Reclamation Services (CRS) opera una instalación comercial de almacenamiento y tratamiento de residuos peligrosos situada en 405 de Powell Street, en Avalon, condado de Ellis, Texas (la Instalación). La Instalación recibe residuos peligrosos, residuos no peligrosos y materiales peligrosos secundarios procedentes de fuentes externas. CRS ha presentado una solicitud de modificación de Clase 2 del Permiso de Residuos Peligrosos N.º 50084 a la Comisión de Calidad Ambiental de Texas (TCEQ, por sus siglas en inglés). La modificación solicita cambios en el Permiso N.º 50084 con el fin de reflejar los cambios propuestos en los equipos y proporcionar especificaciones técnicas actualizadas. La Instalación propone reemplazar un sistema existente de bombas de diafragma de aire por un nuevo sistema de bombas de vacío e instalar un tanque de almacenamiento de proceso de doble pared. Además, la Instalación propone retirar tanques propuestos anteriormente que no se construyeron, con el fin de mantener un inventario de tanques preciso. A la fecha de este aviso, aún no se ha elaborado un borrador del permiso.
COMENTARIOS PÚBLICOS/REUNIÓN PÚBLICA.
