NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sabine River Authority of Texas Lake Tawakoni Holiday Recreation Area SRA – RFB 27 - 1201 Sabine River Authority of Texas (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: SRA – RFB 27 – 1201 - Lake Tawakoni Holiday Recreation Area Sealed bids for the construction of the Project will only be received virtually via CIVCAST USA until Thursday, August 20th, 2026, at 2:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read through a virtual meeting (see below for meeting information). Bidders may also attend the opening at the Lake Tawakoni SRA Division Office, 169 RS County Road 1480, Point TX, 75472. Bids must be submitted and received no later than the opening date and time specified above. Any Bid received later than the specified time will not be accepted. A non-mandatory Pre-Bid Conference between the SRA, prospective bidders, suppliers, etc. will be held on Thursday, August 13th, 2026, at 2:00pm at the SRA Division Office, 169 RS County Road 1480, Point TX, 75472 and through a virtual meeting (see below for meeting information) to make certain that the scope of work is fully understood. The Sabine River Authority reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous interpretation of the bids submitted in the case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating proposal prices, to reject any or all bids, and/or waive any formalities.
