NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF THE
CITY OF RED OAK, TEXAS
REGARDING THE PROPOSED
FISCAL YEAR 2027 ANNUAL BUDGET
Notice is hereby given to all interested persons that the Red Oak City Council will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, August 12, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. to receive public input regarding the Proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Annual Budget. Public comments can be made in person by attending the meeting at 101 S. Live Oak, Red Oak, TX 75154. Citizen comments may also be submitted via email to meetings@redoaktx.org to be read aloud during the public hearing.
This budget will raise more total property taxes than last year's budget by $1,523,788 which is a 7.2% increase from last year's budget, and of that amount $3,222,022 is tax revenue to be raised from new property added to the tax roll this year.

About the Study:
Collin County is studying a proposed new-location freeway that extends from State Highway 121 (SH 121) to the future U.S. 380 Freeway, covering approximately 10 miles. Interchange considerations are anticipated along SH 121, the Collin County Outer Loop (CCOL), and the U.S. 380 Freeway. The County aims to identify and preserve the corridor needed for the Collin County Northeast Freeway (CCNEF).

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TAKE NOTICE THAT, for purposes of Section 147 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, the Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") will hold a public hearing on July 16, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., accessible to the public by telephone, with respect to a plan of financing that will consist of the issuance, in one or more series and in one or more years, of the Issuer's limited obligation revenue bonds (the "Bonds") in the approximate maximum aggregate principal amount of $750,000,000. The Projects to be financed and refinanced with the Bonds are or will be owned or principally used by Texas Health Resources, a Texas nonprofit corporation, or one or more of its tax-exempt affiliates.
