The City of Parker Public Works Department and the City of Lucas Engineering Department, hereby gives notice of the City of Parker's and the City of Lucas' intent to revise the flood hazard information, generally located between approximately 200 feet west of McCreary Road to approximately 920 feet east of McCreary Road just south of Parker Road (FM 544). Specifically, the flood hazard information shall be revised along Turner Branch from a point approximately 1300 feet downstream of McCreary Road to a point approximately 200 feet upstream of McCreary Road.
As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall be established, and the 1% annual chance floodplain shall widen and narrow within the area of revision.

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) invites local non-entitlement communities to participate in a hybrid Public Meeting to help establish Regional Project Priorities for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) 2027–2028 Community Development Fund.
NCTCOG provides technical assistance to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) in administering this process for North Central Texas. The Regional Project Priorities identified through this effort will account for 25% of the total score used to evaluate Community Development Fund applications.
