The DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas will accept online applications. Applications will be available at www.dhantx.com.
Program applications will only be accepted for Senior families, age 62 and older that meet the criteria of one- and two-bedroom units. All units are located at 2770 Bethurum Ave, Dallas, TX 75212. Property will include 37 Low Rent units and 150 Project Based Vouchers. This property waitlist will remain open.
All applicants MUST use the website to apply. Assistance to apply located at DHA Headquarters, 3939 N Hampton Road, Dallas, TX 75212. Monday -Thursday 8am-5:30pm, Friday 8am-Noon.
Sign language interpreters and TTY are available with 72 hours advance notice. The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) invites local non-entitlement communities to participate in a hybrid Public Meeting to help establish Regional Project Priorities for the Texas Community Development Block Grant (TxCDBG) 2027–2028 Community Development Fund.
NCTCOG provides technical assistance to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) in administering this process for North Central Texas. The Regional Project Priorities identified through this effort will account for 25% of the total score used to evaluate Community Development Fund applications. Your participation is important to help ensure these priorities reflect the needs of communities across the region.
