You are hereby notified that Great West Casualty Company, Plaintiff, whose attorney Zachary Hill, RMP, LLP, 17901 Chenal Parkway, Suite 200, Little Rock, AR 72223, has filed a Complaint herein against you, a copy of which Complaint and Summons shall be delivered to you or to your attorney upon request. Great West Casualty Company seeks to interplead insurance funds relating to a July 24, 2025, motor vehicle accident in which Zidan Hassen was involved. Great West Casualty Company also seeks a declaratory judgment relating to which state's law applies to the subject insurance policy.
You are also notified that you must appear and defend by filing your Answer or other responsive pleading within thirty (30) days of the date of the first publication of this Warning Order; and in the event of your failure to do so, judgment by default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint as circumscribed by the laws of this State.
