HOSPITAL REVENUE BONDS

Notice is hereby given of a telephonic public hearing to be held by the Tarrant County Cultural Education Facilities Finance Corporation (the "Issuer") on July 7, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. Interested parties may join the public hearing on the date and the time indicated above by dialing +1.855.282.6330 (US Toll Free) and, when prompted, entering the meeting code 26601125710
The hearing is regarding the issuance of obligations by the Issuer, which may be issued pursuant to a plan of finance in one or more series, in an aggregate maximum stated principal amount not to exceed $300,000,000 (the "Bonds"). The Bonds will be issued as "qualified 501(c)(3) bonds" pursuant to section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 (the "Code"). Proceeds of the Bonds will be loaned to Hendrick Medical Center, a Texas nonprofit corporation, or an affiliate thereof (collectively, the "Obligor"), and will be used to finance and refinance hospital and related health care facilities located at any one or more of the following locations, in the aggregate maximum stated principal amounts at each location noted below: (a) 1900 Pine St., Abilene, Texas 79601 (Taylor County) ($230,500,000); (b) 1904 Pine St., Abilene, Texas 79601 (Taylor County) ($2,000,000); (c) 650 N. 18th St., Abilene, Texas 79601 (Taylor County) ($70,000,000); (d) 6250 US-83, Abilene, Texas 79606 (Taylor County) ($86,000,000); (e) 1750 Pine Street, Abilene, Texas 79601 (Taylor County) ($10,000,000); (f) 4310 Buffalo Gap Rd., Abilene, Texas 79606 (Taylor County) ($1,000,000); (g) 1651 Pine Street, Abilene, Texas 79601 (Taylor County) ($1,000,000); (h) 101 Streckert Drive, Brownwood, Texas 76801 (Brown County) ($700,000); (i) 125 South Park Drive, Brownwood, Texas 76801 (Brown County) ($700,000); (j) 1680 Antilley Road, Abilene, Texas 79606 (Taylor County) ($60,000); and (k) 1501 Burnett Road, Brownwood, Texas 76801 (Brown County) ($48,000,000) (collectively, the "Project"). The Obligor is the owner and principal user of the Project.
