
NOTICE OF COURT ORDER
On June 15, 2026, the City of Dallas held Public Hearings in Municipal Property Court to consider the issuance of an order requiring the repair, removal or demolition of the structures on various properties located within the City of Dallas. At the conclusion of each hearing, the Court ordered the following:
The cases involving structures located in the City of Dallas will be continued until 07/13/2026, at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for the property at 1937 Haymarket Road;
2018 Haymarket Road ; 9307 Biscayne Blvd.;732 Blaylock Dr. ;2606 52nd Street
4215 S. Malcolm X. Blvd. and 5105 Banting Way- A Special setting 06/26/2026 at 9:00 a.m.
The cases involving structures located in the City of Dallas a Noncompliance motion was filed and hearing set for 07/13/2026 at 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. for 10462 Las Brisas Drive;10527 Las Brisas Drive;10470 Las Brisas Drive;10455 Las Brisas Drive;1245 Fuller Drive and 7600 John W. Carpenter Fwy.
The cases involving structures located in the City of Dallas are a 30, 60 and 90-day repair agreement that was entered for 2915 Warren Avenue.
