NOTICE OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION HEARING
RESIDENTIAL REPLAT REQUEST
The City Plan Commission of the City of Dallas, Texas, will hold a public hearing at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, May 21, 2026, VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE and in person at CITY HALL (Council Chamber, 6th Floor) 1500 Marilla Street, Dallas, Texas 75201 to consider the residential replat described below:
RESIDENTIAL REPLAT
PLAT-26-000118 between Meadowlake Avenue and Westlake Avenue, west of Wendover Road
An application to replat a 1.234-acre (53,733-square foot) tract land containing all of Lot 11E in City Block B/2978 to create one 0.600-acre (26,133-square foot) lot and 0.633-acre (27,600 -square foot) lot on property located between Meadowlake Avenue and Westlake Avenue, west of Wendover Road.
The City Plan Commission meeting will be held by videoconference and in person at City Hall (Council Chamber, 6th Floor) 1500 Marilla Street, Dallas, Texas 75201. At this video conference an opportunity will be provided for all interested parties to be heard concerning this application. Individuals and interested parties wishing to speak must register with the Planning and Development Department by registering online at https://dallascityhall.com/government/Boards-and-Commissions/City-Plan-and-Zoning-Commission/Pages/Meetings.aspx or call (214) 670-4209, by 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 20, 2026, eighteen (18) hours prior to the meeting date and time. (No registration is required for an in-person meeting).
Public affairs and Outreach will also stream the public hearing on Spectrum Cable Channel 96 or 99 and bit.ly/cityofdallastv or YouTube.com/CityofDallasCityHall. Speakers at the meeting are allowed a maximum of three minutes to speak.
