Notice is hereby given that the Sign Board of Appeals of The City of the Colony will conduct a public hearing for the below listed case on Wednesday, May 20th at 6:30 p.m. at the City Hall, 6053 Main Street, The Colony TX.
SBA26-0001–Jefferson Terra - Sign Variance
Conduct a public hearing, discuss and consider variances from Chapter 6, Section 6-262 (e) [Projecting Sign] to allow for 1) a Projecting Sign of 85.5 square feet effective sign area, where the maximum effective sign area allowed is 12 square feet and; 2) to allow a Projecting Sign for a residential use in a residential zoning district, where Projecting Signs are only allowed in a nonresidential zoning district or nonresidential use. The subject site is located at 6233 Morning Star Drive within the Planned Development 16 (PD-16) Zoning District and Gateway Overlay District.
