Request for Information For Accessible Transit Vehicle Technology and Safety Components The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is seeking private companies or firms to share information on accessible transit rolling stock that supports public transportation services in the region. NCTCOG plans to use this information to better understand current and state-of-the-art industry approaches to safety, accessibility, and technologies. NCTCOG has been requested by local governments and subrecipients to initiate a process to support future vehicle procurement efforts. NCTCOG will be releasing this Request for Information (RFI) on Friday, April 24, 2026, in the Bidnet Direct system and will accept electronic submissions through the Bidnet Direct system only. The Bidnet Direct submittal will count as the official submittal. Responses must be submitted in Bidnet Direct no later than 5:00 p.m., Central Time, on Friday, May 22, 2026.
