The City of Richardson, Texas is accepting qualifications for highly qualified, capable and experienced external professional service firms ("Firms" or "Firm") for Professional Services to assist the City in preparing a new Unified Development Code. Sealed Statements of Qualifications shall be submitted electronically through Bonfire at https://cor.bonfirehub.com/ and must be received prior to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. RFQ documents are available at no charge through Bonfire. Questions related to this RFQ must be submitted through Bonfire no later than 4:00 pm on Thursday, October 15, 2026. Place and Time of Sale: The Board of Directors of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 5 (the "District") will meet to receive and publicly read bids for the purchase of the $6,520,000 Unlimited Tax Contract Revenue Bonds, Series 2026 ("the Bonds") at the designated meeting place outside the boundaries of the District, at the Keith Bell Opportunity Central, 680 Innovation Boulevard, Forney, Texas 75126 at 6:30 P.M., Central Time, Thursday, September 17, 2026.
Address of Bids: Bids for the Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope, addressed to the "President and Board of Directors of Kaufman County Municipal Utility District No. 5," and delivered to the District's Financial Advisor, Cedar Creek Municipal Advisors, LLC, 4801 Woodway Drive, Suite 118-E, Houston, Texas 77056 or via email at txspecialdistrictbidforms@cedarcreekma.com, prior to 10:00 A.M., Central Time on the date of the bid opening. Any bid received after 10:00 A.M., Central Time, Thursday, September 17, 2026, will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. Dear Prospective Bidder,
With Helping Hands, Serving Nutritious Meals ("the Organization"), a Contracting Entity (CE ID: CE06083) participating in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) At-Risk Afterschool Care Program under the Texas Department of Agriculture (TOA), is soliciting sealed bids from qualified food service management companies to provide complete, CACFP-compliant vended meal services to approximately 58 licensed afterschool care sites located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metropolitan area.
Enclosed please find the complete Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Contract for Purchased Meals package, including Schedule A (Site Information List), Schedule B (Cycle Menu), Schedule C (Unit Price Schedule), required certifications, and the contract terms and conditions governing the resulting award. The contract period will run from October 1, 2026, through September 30, 2027, with up to four (4) annual renewal options subject to TOA approval.
