REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR SOLID WASTE COLLECTION, DISPOSAL, AND RECYCLING Introduction and Instructions The City of Smithville (City) is seeking proposals from qualified waste management firms to provide municipal solid waste collection, disposal, and recycling services. The City intends to award a contract to a service provider capable of delivering reliable, high-quality, and cost-effective waste collection services for residential, commercial, and industrial customers within the city limits.
