
Request for Bids - RRISD Berkman ES & CD Fulkes MS
Braun & Butler Construction, the Construction Manager-at-Risk for Round Rock ISD, Claude Berkman ES Addition and Renovations & CD Fulkes Meeting Hall, requests subcontractor and supplier bids to perform the construction of the work described in connection with this project. Pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:30 PM on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 10, 2026, at the site location, CD Fulkes Meeting Hall, 400 W. Anderson Ave., Round Rock, TX 78664.
Proposals are due TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids may be submitted by fax to 512-837-5115, email estimating@braun-butler.com or mailed/delivered to Braun & Butler Construction at 300 Hazelwood Street, Suite 100, Leander, TX 78641. The scope includes demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, millwork, waterproofing, insulation, roofing, joint protection, doors frames & hardware, storefront, metal stud framing, drywall, ceramic tile, terrazzo, acoustical ceilings, commercial flooring, acoustic treatment, painting, signage, interior specialties & accessories, auditorium seating, window treatments, fire sprinkler, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, fire alarm, structured cabling, A/V communications, safety & security, sitework, playground equipment, fencing, erosion controls, landscape & irrigation and site utilities. Proposals must be separated between projects. Lump sum proposals will not be accepted.
