NOTICE OF INVITATION TO BID
Sealed proposals addressed to Mustang Ridge LLC (the "Owner"), on behalf of the Creedmoor-Maha Water Supply Corporation (CMWSC) (the "District"), for the construction of "CMWSC Phase 2b (Alexander Loop) Water Line Improvements" in Travis County near Mustang Ridge, Texas will be received at the Creedmoor-Maha Water Supply Corporation office located at 13709 Schriber Road, Buda, TX 78610 until 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, July 7, 2026 at which time the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any proposals received after the closing time will be returned unopened. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid meeting for this Project will be held on Tuesday, June 23, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the Creedmoor-Maha Water Supply Corporation office located at 13709 Schriber Road, Buda, TX 78610. The "CMWSC Phase 2b (Alexander Loop) Water Line Improvements" project includes the construction of approximately 9,840 linear feet of 12" water line and associated infrastructure for Creedmoor-Maha Water Supply Corporation in Travis County.
The pre-bid meeting and the sealed bid opening may be conducted by a telephone or video conference call, in which event, the instructions for participation will be provided to plan holders/reviewers of record. Plans and Specifications may be examined without charge at the administrative office of Creedmoor-Maha Water Supply Corporation. Proposal forms, specifications, plans, and contract documents may be obtained at no charge at www.civcastusa.com, Project ID – "CMWSC Phase 2b (Alexander Loop) Water Line". A Cashier's Check, Certified Check, or Bid Bond payable to "Mustang Ridge LLC." in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany the bid proposals as a guarantee that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will within ten (10) days of the award of the contract, enter into a contract and furnish an acceptable Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. The Bidder's Check will be forfeited and become the property of the Owner should the bidder fail to enter into a contract and furnish bonds acceptable to the Owner within ten (10) days after award of the contract. No proposals shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening of the bids. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to waive all formalities in the bidding process. The Owner also reserves the right to determine which bid is lowest and the best, and to award the contract on this basis. It should be noted that time is of the essence on this project. A Maintenance Bond will be required in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the contract price and is to remain in force for a period of 1 year from the date of the letter of final acceptance from Travis County, TxDOT, and the District.June 2, 9 2026
