Legal Notice – Facilities Management RFP LEGAL NOTICE Notice is hereby given that Cedars International Academy Schools, an open enrollment charter school, intends to procure proposals for a Facilities Management and Maintenance Program. The Initial term of the prospective contract is a period of two (2) years Cedars International Academy Schools may elect to extend any contract awarded pursuant to this procurement solicitation for up to Three (3) additional one-year terms, with mutual consent. The maximum duration of any contract resulting from this procurement is a total of five (5) years. No offer of intent to enter into a contract with any party should be construed from this legal notice. Cedars International Academy Schools may enter into a contract only if, in the sole opinion of Cedars International Academy Schools, it is in Cedars International Academy Schools best interest to do so. Cedars International Academy Schools reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, to award contracts for individual products or services as may appear advantageous, and to negotiate separately in any manner necessary to serve the best interests of Cedars International Academy Schools. Cedars International Academy Schools further reserves the right to accept, reject, or negotiate modifications in any terms of a proposed vendor's proposal or any parts thereof. Cedars International Academy Schools further reserves the right to waive any formalities or technicalities if deemed in the best interest of Cedars International Academy Schools. Cedars International Academy Schools also reserves the right as sole judge of quality and equality.
