And new construction for Project 2: ONION CREEK METRO PARK DISTRICT PHASE 2 SECTION 2 - HILLSIDE PARK with scope that will include: sitework, erosion control, associated water, wastewater and drainage improvements, planting, irrigation, parking, open lawn, playscape. The requirements of Subchapter J, Chapter 552, Government Code, may apply to this Bid and the bidder agrees that the Contract Documents can be terminated if the bidder knowingly or intentionally fails to comply with a requirement of that subchapter.
