Colony 1D1 Landscape Improvement Bid NOTICE TO BIDDERS Sealed Bids for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all work required for the construction of improvements associated with THE COLONY M.U.D. 1-D1 – REPUBLIC DRIVE WEST ROADWAY LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, for HUNT COMMUNITIES BASTROP, LLC ON BEHALF OF MUD NO. 1-D1. will be received at the office of SEC Planning, LLC., located at 3600 W. Parmer Lane, Suite 210, Austin, Texas 78727 until 2:00 pm CDT, Monday, January 19, 2026 and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read. Bids received after the scheduled opening time will be discarded. Scope of the Project: The Contractor shall provide construction of site wayfinding, roadside perimeter planting and irrigation. All work must conform to State of Texas, Bastrop Country and MUD 1-D1 rules, specifications and criteria. P&P Bonding will be a requirement of the contract. Files will be available beginning December 31, 2025. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026 at 2:00 pm (Prime Contractors only), in the offices of SEC Planning, LLC., 3600 W. Parmer Lane, Suite 210, Austin, Texas 78727. No questions will be responded to if received after 5pm January 16, 2025.
