2026 CDBG Sidewalk Project – Parkside Circle
Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on July 28, 2026, at 2:00 p.m., at 3400 Sunrise Rd., Round Rock, Texas. Bidders shall be responsible for printing or obtaining prints of the aforementioned documents as necessary.
This project is being funded by the City of Round Rock and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant funds and is subject to the following Federal requirements: Executive Order 11246; Clause 3 of the HUD Act of 1968; and Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. Contractors and subcontractors must comply with the requirements of the Secretary of Labor in accordance with the Davis-Bacon Act as amended, the provisions of Contract Work and Safety Standards Act as amended and all other applicable Federal, state and local laws and regulations pertaining to labor standards.
