SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY
The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) is soliciting qualifications from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with Retaining Wall Remediation Design Services, with the anticipated dates of service being late 2026 – late 2031. Prequalification by the Mobility Authority is mandatory to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Professional services solicited by the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may include, but are not limited to, Project Management, Retaining Wall Analysis and Remediation Methods, Engineering and Design, and Construction Phase Services. The Mobility Authority intends to contract with up to three firms for this work.
The Mobility Authority invites all interested entities to submit Conflict of Interest Disclosure (COI) statements in accordance with the RFQ Prequalification document. The Mobility Authority will review COI statements and announce a prequalified list of entities to receive the RFQ on or about July 24, 2026.

Each prequalified proposing entity will be evaluated based on the criteria and process set forth in the qualifications-based RFQ.
