ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS
CANON DEVELOPMENT (OWNER) will receive CMAR PROPOSALS for a New Maintenance Facility (183 and Bolm Road) until 3:00 PM local time on Friday, November 7th, 2025. PROPOSALS received after this time will not be accepted. The PROPOSALS shall be addressed to: Canon Development Attn: Ben Snyder, bsnyder@canondev.us.
PROPOSALS are invited for the items and scope of work as follows:
The successful respondent shall provide CMAR services for the new facility and associated site.

Canon Development will evaluate and rank the proposers based on the following selection criteria: 20% Relevant Experience and References, 50% Cost Proposal, 20% Schedule and Approach, and 10% Familiarity, Availability, and Proximity. Canon Development shall select the team that offers the best value as determined by the selection criteria and ranking evaluation. The estimated total construction budget for this project is approximately $20M.
During the pendency of this RFP, Proposer shall not contact anyone except those designated herein this RFP or subsequent addendums or correspondence. Any questions or concerns should be submitted via email to bsnyder@canondev.us at least five (5) business days prior to the Due Date (on or before Friday, November 7th, 2025).
