Work includes the temporary relocation of SCADA to the existing Administration (Admin) Building and lab functions to the temporary double-wide lab trailer, associated site and electrical improvements, and coordination with City-preferred vendors as required for a complete and operational facility. Construction services for this project will be selected through competitive sealed proposals in accordance with Chapter 2269, of the Texas Government Code. The City will evaluate and rank the contractors based on the following selection criteria: 30% Contractor Relevant Experience and References, 50% Cost Proposal, and 20% Project Schedule and Approach. The City shall select the contractor that offers the best value as determined by the selection criteria and ranking evaluation. The estimated total construction budget for this project is $2.6M.
