2606 Wheless Lane, Office and Buildings 1-9; Legally described as LOT 2A * RESUB OF LOT 2 HICKMAN B M SUBD; Last known owner is Velo Flats LLC. Supersede prior repair orders, change to demolition within 60 days, including building 2.
201 W Powell Lane; Legally described as LOT A POMEGRANATE PLACE; Last known owners are Alex Bahrami & Kammy Ovisi; Appellant is Frank Mayer Seliger. Appeal of Notice of Violation denied.
