The City of Rowlett Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing and consider making a recommendation regarding a request for a rezoning from Single Family Residential-10/21 (SF-10) to Single Family Residential-10/21 with a Special Use Permit to allow an accessory structure exceeding 500 square feet but not to exceed 769 square feet square feet (SF-10-SUP) on property located at 8414 Navigation Drive, situated in Lot 16, Block 2 of the Lake Highlands at Lake Ray Hubbard Addition, in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
The public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 during the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held in the City Hall Chambers, located at 4000 Main Street, Rowlett, Texas 75088.
