NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The City of Bee Cave will hold a public hearing to consider an ordinance amending Section 1.4.2 (General application processing) of the Unified Development Code regarding expiration of applications.
All interested persons are invited to attend and provide comments.
Date and Time of Hearings for the Above Referenced Matters:
The Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing on September 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and will consider a recommendation to the City Council.
The City Council will conduct a public hearing on September 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., and may consider the adoption of the ordinance amending the UDC.
Both meetings will be held at City Hall, 4000 Galleria Parkway, Bee Cave, Texas 78738.
The draft amendment is on file and available for review by contacting the Planning and Development Department at Planning@beecavetexas.gov.
