NOTICE OF CITY PLAN COMMISSION HEARING
RESIDENTIAL REPLAT REQUEST
The City Plan Commission of the City of Dallas, Texas, will hold a public hearing at 12:30 p.m., Thursday, September 3, 2026, VIA VIDEOCONFERENCE and in person at CITY HALL (Council Chamber, 6th Floor) 1500 Marilla Street, Dallas, Texas 75201 to consider the residential replats/building line reduction as described below:
RESIDENTIAL REPLATS
1. PLAT-26-000196 Stillwell Boulevard, west of Walton Walker Boulevard
An application to replat a 0.252-acre (10,988-square foot) tract of land containing a part of Lot 8 in City Block D/8343 to create one lot on property located on Stillwell Boulevard, west of Walton Walker Boulevard.
2. PLAT-26-000200 Knight Street, northeast of Harry Hines Boulevard
An application to replat a 0.275-acre (12,000-square foot) tract of land containing all Common Area A in City Block 28/2280 to create three 0.092-acre (4,000-square foot) lots on property located on Knight Street, northeast of Harry Hines Boulevard.
RESIDENTIAL REPLAT/BUILDING LINE REDUCTION:
3. PLAT-26-000191 Caruth Boulevard, west of Preston Park Drive
An application to replat a 0.241-acre (10,503-square foot) tract of land containing all of Lot 19 in City Block D/5678 to create one lot and to reduce an existing 30-foot platted building line, which varies from 25 feet to 28.4 feet, on property located on Caruth Boulevard, west of Preston Park Drive.
The City Plan Commission meeting will be held by videoconference and in person at City Hall (Council Chamber, 6th Floor) 1500 Marilla Street, Dallas, Texas 75201. At this video conference an opportunity will be provided for all interested parties to be heard concerning this application. According to the definition of Significant Non-Compliance as prescribed by the Environmental Protection Agency General Pretreatment Regulations 40 CFR 403.8(f) (2)(vii), A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in Significant Non-Compliance (SNC) of their permit to discharge industrial wastewater into the City of Richardson Sewer System and to the NTMWD Rowlett Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant (RWWTP) during the period from May 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
A93 Nutritional Labs, LLC was determined to be in SNC of its Industrial Users Permit for submitting reports greater than thirty days late. The excursions did not appear to adversely affect the NTMWD Rowlett Creek RWWTP.
