George Reagor, 906 East Sandstone Street, Llano, Texas 78643, and Laura Reagor, 14943 Sandalfoot Street, Houston, Texas 77095, have applied to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) for a new permit, TCEQ Permit No. WQ0016685001, to authorize the disposal of treated domestic wastewater at a daily average flow not to exceed 150,000 gallons per day via non-public access subsurface area drip dispersal system with a minimum area of 35 acres. This permit will not authorize a discharge of pollutants into waters in the State. The wastewater treatment facility and disposal site will be located approximately 0.59 miles south of the intersection of Indian Springs Road and Ranch-to-Market Road 2338, in Williamson County, Texas 78633.
