The Board of Directors of Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 26 (the "District") will publicly receive bids on up to $1,910,000 Unlimited Tax Bonds, Series 2025A (the "Bonds") on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 9:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time, at the office of the District's Financial Advisor, Masterson Advisors LLC, 2005 Melridge Place, Austin, Texas 78704. At a Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, November 12, 2025, at 11:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time, at McLean & Howard LLP, 4301 Bull Creek Road, Suite 150, Austin, Texas 78731, the Board will immediately take action to reject any and all bids or accept the bid resulting in the lowest net interest cost to the District.
A bid for the Bonds may be delivered to the District electronically, by telephone or delivered directly to the District in a sealed envelope addressed to the "President and Board of Directors, Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 26" at the above address of Masterson Advisors LLC. All bidders must submit a signed "Official Bid Form" and a bank cashier's check in the amount of $38,200 payable to the order of "Travis County Municipal Utility District No. 26" as a Good Faith Deposit. Additional terms and conditions related to the submission of a bid for the Bonds are included in the "Official Notice of Sale."
The Bonds will mature serially on September 1, 2027 through 2050, and will be dated December 1, 2025. The "Official Notice of Sale," "Preliminary Official Statement," and "Official Bid Form" may be obtained from the District's Financial Advisor, Masterson Advisors LLC, 2005 Melridge Place, Austin, Texas 78704. This notice does not constitute an offer to sell the Bonds but is merely notice of sale of the Bonds as required by Texas law. The offer to sell the Bonds will be made by means of the "Official Notice of Sale," "Preliminary Official Statement," and "Official Bid Form."

Sealed Proposals for the WELLS BRANCH MUNICPAL UTILITY DISTRICT (MUD) MCGINNIS LIFT STATION MAINTENANCE Project will be received at the offices of Consor North America, Inc., 1101 Capital of Texas Highway South, Building D, Austin, Texas 78746 until 2:00 PM on November 6th, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The work generally consists of a wastewater lift station rehabilitation and maintenance project.
