NOTICE OF DESIGNATION OF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE AND MEETING PLACES OUTSIDE THE DISTRICT TO THE RESIDENTS AND TAXPAYERS OF HICAM MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT AND ALL OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS: Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors (the "Board") of HICAM Municipal Management District (the "District"), at a meeting of said Board held on October 16, 2025, established the office of Coats Rose, P.C., Terrace 2 – 2700 Via Fortuna, Suite 350, Austin, Texas 78746, as the administrative office of the District. Such location shall be used as the mailing address for the District. The Board also established additional meeting places outside the boundaries of the District at: Coats Rose, P.C., Terrace 2 – 2700 Via Fortuna, Suite 350, Austin, Texas 78746; and 6201 Quinn Luke Trail, Austin, Texas 78724. The meeting locations are hereby declared to be public places and the public is invited to attend any meeting of the Board. Additionally, pursuant to Section 49.062(b), Texas Water Code, the meeting locations are not located within ten (10) miles of the District, as such locations are more cost-effective meeting locations than locations within ten (10) miles of the District.
