The City of Rowlett Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing and consider making a recommendation regarding a request for a rezoning from General Commercial/Retail (C-2) to General Commercial/Retail with a Special Use Permit to allow a vehicle service and repair, light land use (C-2-SUP) on property located at 8101 Lakeview Parkway, situated in the J. Saunders Survey, Abstract No. 1424, in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas.
The public hearing will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 during the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting held in the City Hall Chambers, located at 4000 Main Street, Rowlett, Texas 75088.
