The City of Rowlett Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public hearing and consider making a recommendation regarding a request for a rezoning from Planned Development with General Commercial/Retail base zoning (PD-C-2) to Planned Development with General Commercial/Retail base zoning – amended to allow vehicle service and repair, light land use (PD-C-2-amended) for property located at 2205 Lakeview Parkway, situated in Lot 4R1, Block A of HTEAO Addition, in the City of Rowlett, Dallas County, Texas, according to the plat recorded in Document Number 202100317063.
